Some personal items will remain with camper including refrigerator, stove & microwave. Some outdoor furniture will also remain. Trailwood has a large lake great for fishing and canoeing. Trailwood has a remote control entrance only. There is a $150 HOA fee and a 1 time fee for the boat dock of $150. Restrictions and plat are on line. Camper is being sold ”As-Is”.
